Technical Service Engineer

Location: Everywhere, Remote/Online Office

The Technical Team is responsible for ensuring customer success in their use of OrientDB. The main activities are:

  • Consulting on Graph Modeling
  • Help the user to maximize OrientDB performance by fine-tuning
  • Find bottlenecks and provide a fix for them
  • Communicate with the R&D team about issues
  • Setup main DBA operations such as backup and restore
Required Skills
  • True and deep passion for Technology, Graphs and Databases
  • English language Fluency
  • Able to work online with the rest of the team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with OrientDB as a user (should have used it in at least one project)
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Good Java knowledge: the candidates must be an expert of Java 1.6+ and Multi Threading problems
  • Basic TCP/IP Network knowledge
  • At least 3 years of experience in Development
  • At least 2 years experience working on a team
Nice-To-Haves
  • Other Language Skills (any language other than English is a plus)
  • Web development knowledge: HTML, Javascript, Ajax
  • Knowledge of OrientDB internals
  • Knowledge of OrientDB kernel code
  • Experience with other NoSQL products
  • Experience on managing big data (> 100M of records or > 10TB data)

Sales Executive

Location: US Bay Area, China, Japan, New Zealand

We’re looking for talented Sales Executives who will be responsible for:

  • Creating new sales opportunities and orchestrating sales campaigns
  • Selling Orient Technologies products and services
Required Skills
